It is recommended to clean or replace the filter every three months, or more frequently if the projector is used in a dusty environment.
Here's how to clean or replace your projector filter:
- Turn off the projector using the power button and disconnect the power cord.
- Remove the filter housing from the side or bottom of the projector.
- Carefully remove the filter from the projector.
- Either clean the existing filter or replace it with a new one.
- Reinstall the filter by reversing the removal steps.
- After installation, turn on the projector and reset the filter counter by:
- Press "Menu".
- Go to "Options" -> Optional Filter Settings -> Filter Reset.
